HUDEE REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At HUDEE, we want you to feel confident about every hoodie you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your HUDEE must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• In its original condition and packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HUDEE cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your HUDEE arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your:
Order number • Name • Description of the issue • Clear photos of the item
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES
Need another size or color? The simplest option is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the HUDEE you want.
FINAL SALE
Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because orders may enter production or fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll determine whether the order can still be modified.
